735 N. Water, Milwaukee, WI
Field survey and tabulation
Ongoing

The property manager asked us to begin field measuring the vacant spaces in this 16 story office building to provide a clean base before new tenants move in. To assist us in this, we have been keeping a master spread sheet of the suites, which includes dates when we were there last, the square footages of each suite and AutoCad drawings for internal use. We also developed two versions of marketing materials.

Building Remodeling

Modus had purchased an old auto repair shop in the historical district of Brown Deer.  This remodeling provides expansion space for future growth and opportunities for interaction that were not available in their old location.

The client was looking for a calm and quiet workplace, so we designed an open, but subdued office, using Northern European colors.

Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod, Center for Mission and Ministry, Waukesha, WI
Building Remodeling
Built: 2013

WELS had purchased an existing building to move to in the fall of 2012 and asked us first to do an ANSI compliant existing building survey and then to be involved in the remodeling. The work included adding new offices, coordinating with furniture supplies, and consultation on the design of the Large meeting space (Chapel).
